Q
Is entry first come first served?
A
Yes. It is first come first served. We ask people who want to participate to register as soon as possible.

Can I cancel after registering?
A
You cannot cancel after completing payment for registration.

How can I cancel? (I understand I won’t get my money back.)

When registering as a group, can the representative also register?
A
Yes. The 5 of you will be registered as one registration.
Q
We want to register as a group with 2 normal entry survivors and 3 special entry zombies. Will we still get a group discount?
A
We will not award a 5-person group discount to mixed groups (survivor/zombie, or special entry/normal entry.)

Can I register by telephone?
A
No. We ask that you register on the website.

What happens after registration?
A
We will send you an e-mail at the beginning of May. We ask that all registrants check the e-mail.

Q: Where do we collect the present for special entry?
A
We will give it to you at registration the day of the event. Please note that if you do not come on the day of the event, we cannot give you the present.

Is it possible to participate only in the events besides the Zombie Rush event (run event)?
A
Yes. As long as you are registered, you can enjoy any event you like in the event area.

Can I participate in a wheelchair?
A
We are sorry, but for safety reasons we cannot allow the participation by wheelchair in the Zombie Rush event (run event). However, you are free to participate in other events within the event area.

Can I bring my pet?
A
We are not allowing pets in the event area.
About the event
Q
What kind of event is this?
A
Biohazard Zombie Rush is a participation event to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Biohazard Series. In the Zombie Rush event, participants separate into survivors and zombies and run to the goal while enjoying the Biohazard world.
Q
What time will Zombie Rush start?
A
The registration time and start time for each participant will be different. Please check your registration time and start time in the mail sent by the event HQ at the beginning of May.
Note: on the day of the event we plan to start registration at 9:00 and begin a rolling start of Zombie Rush at 11:00.

Will you keep track of time?
A
The objective is to have fun so we will not keep track of time.
However, if participants cannot reach the goal within the time limit, members of the Umbrella Lab will guide you out of the course.

If I participate as a survivor, can I still run to the goal if my life jacket is taken?
A
Yes, you can still run to the goal even if your life jacket is taken.
Q
When participating as a zombie, what should I do for my makeup and costume?
A
Please prepare makeup and costume by yourself. However, we will sell Biohazard 3D Makeup Set at the event.

Can I participate in cosplay?
A
There is no restriction on costumes, but any costume that contributes to an accident or is against public order and morality will be prohibited by the judgment of the event organizers. Note we do provide a place to change clothes at the event.

What time shall I arrive?
A
You can enter the event area at 9:00. If you are a registrant, you can enter the event area at that time. If you need time to prepare your makeup and costume, we suggest that you finish reception early.

Do I need a ticket to watch the stage presentations?
A
No. Anyone who comes can enjoy the stage presentations.

What will happen in the case of rain.
A
We will hold the event even in the case of rain. However, it is possible that the event is cancelled in the case of severe weather In that case, please understand that we cannot return your money. Please check the homepage or your mail for information about cancellation. Cancellation will be determined on the morning of the event.

In the case of cancellation, will I get my entry fee back?
A
Please understand that you will not get your entry fee back.

Can I participate even if I am late for my registration time?
A
Depending on your arrival time, it is possible that you cannot participate on Zombie Rush (the run event).

What kind of clothes shall I wear to the event?
A
Please come in clothes that are OK to get wet or dirty. You can participate in cosplay however the event organizers, at their own discretion, may ask you to change out of a costume that may contribute to an accident or be against public order and morality.

What shall I do with my smartphone and valuables?
A
We will provide a cloak room (free) but please take care of your valuables by yourself. The organizers cannot take responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of participant's property. Please understand.
About the event location

Can I bring in food and drink?
A
Please do not bring food and drink into the event area.
Q
Will there be a food and drink booth at the event?
A
Yes, there will be food and drink sales at the event. We will update the homepage with information as available.

Will there be a changing room and a cloak room at the event?
A
Yes. You can use a changing room and cloak room (free) after passing registration. The event will be crowded so please come with enough time to use the changing room and cloak room.
Please note that there is no shower in the changing room.

Will there be lockers?
A
There are no key lockers, however you may use the cloak room (free). Please manage your valuables by yourself. The organizers cannot take responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of participate property. Please understand.

Will there be a smoking area?
A
The event area is non smoking. Please smoke in the designated smoking area.
Q
Will there be a toilet?
A
Yes. You can use the Tokyo City Keiba(TCK) grand stand toilets.
Notes
  • Representatives of the entrants will receive an event information e-mail at the beginning of May.
  • Photos, video, news articles, and records taken at this event may be made public.Event organizers hold the right to release media (internet, magazines, TV, newspapers, etc.). Please understand that before coming to the event.
  • We will carry out the event even in the case of rain (but may cancel due to severe weather). We will not make any refunds even in the case that the event is not carried out.
  • Participants under the age of 18 requires the agreement of their guardians.
  • Do not bring food or drink to the event. Food and drink will be sold within the event area.
  • The event area is non smoking. Please smoke in designated areas.
  • You may not be allowed to participate if you have falsified your name, age, gender, or contact information at the time of registration.
  • Please refrain from illegal parking or other behavior that causes trouble to residents near the event.
  • Event organizers, performers, and the event location take no responsibility for accidents or theft.
  • Those who cause trouble to other participants
  • or do not listen to the directives of the event staff will be asked to leave or not be allowed to enter the event.
  • The event organizers will not take responsibility for accidents during the event.
  • When participants injure other participants, they must resolve the problem between themselves.
  • You may not bring pets into the event. (This does not apply to seeing eye dogs or helper dogs.)
